We have been going to Katy for years, although she's now has her own place. My mom who is always picky about her hair is continuingly happy about the cut from Katy. And for that matter I am also, although I am not as picky about my hair. Lol She always spends time making sure you are pleased with your look. We give her a five + stars. Went to Hoai for a haircut on Saturday and I was very pleased with how clean the salon was, she offered mask and kept her mask on the whole time. She also gave me an excellent haircut! I was doing a very drastic cut and very pleased with the outcome. Both the cut and color came out great. Can’t wait to go back!

Katy is now my new favorite hairdresser! I read several reviews of the nearby salons on Google Maps before choosing Hair by Katy. I appreciated the pricing and the reviews were all very positive. This is probably the best experience I've had at a salon. Katy took her time and explained what she was thinking of doing and made sure I agreed before proceeding. When she washed my hair, she took her time and actually massaged my head and along with the relaxing music it was like going to a spa. I really appreciated that it was a one-room salon and was very clean. Katy also gave me a mask as mine did not fit very good. The booking online and selecting from the available appointments is very easy. This morning Katie text me immediately to let me know what to dothe when I arrive at the office. I can't wait to go back and get my hair colored. I don't go to the hairdresser that often, but now that I have somebody I really feel comfortable with and trust I will be making it a regular occurrence.
